Our client, a US-based company that offers a cloud-based supply chain risk management platform to global organizations, wanted to test a revamped version of its web platform before the release. The platform provides information of over sixty thousand suppliers spread across 130 countries so ensuring an error-free experience for its customers was critical. It sought a cost-effective managed testing solution that could alleviate the heavylifting involved in transitioning to the new platform.
